Sunny Day to All, I started this beautiful cardigan last spring using McCall 7262 and didn't get to finish it before the summer started. I got this beautiful knit from G Street Fabrics in Rockville, MD. I loved it so much that I bought the last 6 yards left. So yes, another outfit is coming soon. I was invited to my cousin's surprise birthday brunch last Saturday. It was a very cold weekend and I thought, let me finally finish this cardigan. I did just that! This cardigan is nice and warm and looked awesome against the black. The beautiful buttons were from G Street as well. I paired it with rose gold jewelries and my leather boots. PS. Rocking the new natural look and praying that I beat this thing! Thanks for the prayers and all the kind words. About the Pattern McCall 7262 was very easy. I cut size 12. I followed the instructions with no issues. I didn't make any alterations. My only suggestions is to use a lighter interface if your fabric is thick. It was truly perfect timing to finish it because I can wear it under my coat for now and still rock it during the spring. I will consider this pattern intermediate beginner. So if one has a general idea about sewing, this is a great intro cardigan.
Happy sewing to You! Thank you for visiting and enjoy the pictures!
