Sunny Day to All, I am in need of a few dresses that I can wear to work but that I can also rock to church, brunch or just any upper scale summer gathering. My goal is to make about 10 of them before the end of July and rock them on rotation to work. HA! I cut this pattern a while back but for some reason did not finish it. It is McCall 7315. Before I went to Texas last week, I finished it but decided not to wear it for the graduation. Not sure why... I actually wore my African queen outfit that I love so much. Well, well, well, today I rocked it to work with my nude heels, rose gold jewelry and my super puffy hair. I am starting to love this puffy look. Watch out! Mémé is coming! Enjoy these few pics! You guys, check out my front porch!!!! Let's have some fun! This dress is very comfortable. I can see myself showing off my salsa skills in this dress. LOL About the PatternMcCall 7315 is very easy as the pattern cover states. I cut view A / size 14. Since I used a knit fabric, there was no need for a zipper. I have a short torso so I had to bring the bottom up a little bit so it could actually sit on my waist. Other than that, I should have cut a size 12 because it was definitely too big. I had to take it in on the side as well. I wanted to keep it classy so I could wear it to work and I did just that. The final look is gorgeous. Happy Sewing to you and don't forget to leave a comment.
