Sunny Day to All,

It's onesie season! I usually host onesie nights at my house every year. This time, I asked hubby to wear one as well and he challenged me by stating that he would only wear a onesie if I made it. I have never sewn anything for hubby before. So this was my time to show off my skills. We headed to Joann Fabric where we purchased the fabrics for both our onesies. Click Here to purchase Hubby's fabric and Here for mine.  I also picked up McCall 7518 which was perfect for this challenge. Let's just say that I got some cool points for making this happen. Onesie night was a success! Enjoy these few pictures.

About The Pattern

McCall 7518 was very easy. I used size medium for myself and for the Hubby I made some alterations based on his measurements. Hubby does not like anything tight. So I cut the Extra Large and added 1 inch around the waist area and half inch for the chest area. I really like this pattern because it comes with pockets  and has cuffs so I can easily use this pattern to make some hoodies for the winter. Now time to enjoy some hot cocoa in our onesies. Do you guys wear onesies? Let me know... Hope you enjoyed the pictures and thanks again for stopping by. Happy Sewing to you!
